Hi I'm Sean, owner and operator of Hodyado Design Co. HDC is a custom design company based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We specialize in graphic design, custom apparel, personalized gifts, graphic prints and anything else that sounds like fun to make.

The name Hoydado comes from my grandparents, Alger and Arlene. They would yell it at each other to grab attention. Both of them hailed from Norwegian families and they claimed that the word "hoydado" was a mash-up of Scandinavian curse words, though it's more so a term of endearment at this point.

 

My family has been using Hoydado to grab attention for generations and I wanted to share that spirit in every product we make. Our goal is to create eye catching designs that start conversations and make our customers feel like part of our family.
